A lovely cabin in beautiful surroundings! The wood fire is fantastic! The cabin was equipped with everything we needed to have a warm cosy evening. The bed is very comfortable. We will definitely be back and be recommending this place to our friends. Thank you to our friendly, welcoming hosts!!

We knew as soon as we turned into the driveway that Highlanders was going to be a special place and boy we weren't disappointed! Best accomodation we had on our entire visit to Tassie. The little extras and service were a credit to the managers. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and making us feel so very welcome. Loved the "platter", the fireplace and spa and view of cradle. Now for the park - wonderful walks - have to come back still have a few to do. Saw everything the park has to offer on the night spotlight tour - even a quoll. Devils@ cradle was a very interesting night and great fun to watch them feeding in a mad frenzy.

A wonderful fortnight! Magnificent walks in the national park. All kinds of weather (including snow) and all kinds of animals (even a platypus) Also saw some of the beauty of the north west coastal area. Its our 7th year coming to this magnificent paradise and each time it's like a little slice of heaven! Thank you for your generous & warm hospitality. We absolutely adore the highlander cottages and we will be back again for our anniversary - although i am still hoping we can stay in Pademelon! We have highly recommended your clean, warm, cosy, perfect cabins to many friends so we hope they will bring you some business. In the last 7 years we have seen possums, wallbies, wombats, a boobook owl, wedge tail eagles, native rat, eastern quolls (light and dark morphs) tassie devils and only once - out on a log in your driveway - a spotted tail quoll! So, our mission is to see one again next year. Thank you so much and we will see you next year.
