Only spent one night in Currawong because the cabins are so popular - would have loved to stay in them for our full 3 night stay at Cradle Mountain. Will book earlier next time. The wildlife are amazing, the cabin is perfect and so beautifully presented. We are hoping for snow over night as forecast. Can't wait to come back again and enjoy the wonderful hospitality. PS. We awoke to a winters wonderland. What a way to finish our adventure.

Being a bit of an "outdoors type", i can tend to be a bit dismissive of accommodation. As long as it has a roof and i can sleep, who needs more?, sort of thing. Not in this case!!!! Lovely cabin, friendly helpful staff and beautiful surrounds. Nothing to be dismissive about here!!!

What a beautiful way to spend the 3rd night of our honeymoon while we tour around Tasmania. Sitting by the fire looking out over the rainforest with a drink in hand - bliss! Thank you so much for a wonderful night in such amazing settings and surrounds. We don't have to leave

Snowed today - very beautiful. No walks - too cold and snowy and windy. First day in Tasmania and snow to order. Lovely warm with fire and electric blankets. We never need these at home. Thank you to our fellow Qlders - our hosts!

Our first day here at Cradle was amazing. The earth was blanketed white with snow and the many greens of the trees added a vibrant flash of colour to the already picturesque scenary overlooking Cradle Mountain. We walked up to Hanson's Peak today a hard trek through knee deep snow, an excellent achievement by both the two little ones. Hand fed a wallaby today, was great experience. Had a great time at Cradle Mountain, fascinating to think it is right on our door step!!

Perfect for our family of five. Everything we needed and more. Warm, comfortable, entertaining and relaxing all in one great location. Only wish we could stay longer and really unwind. Kids loved the animals and are hoping for snow. Thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone. Hosts are fabulous and friendly. Being in this wonderful park of the world makes us want to move. Last time we stayed in Tallow wood just as a couple, so had to bring the kids back to this magical place!

OMG Snowgum cabin is so close to perfection we had the best time. We both don't want to leave hopefully we may come back one day. Only let down was we wanted to stay another night but it was all booked out, so we have to head back to Hobart..bummer. Thanks to the staff - loved it.
