Suitable for one or two couples, "Tallowwood" Cottage
has an open plan main room with a large separate bathroom featuring
a double spa bath with shower over.
The main cabin accommodation has a rustic queen size bed, sofa,
slow combustion wood fire, dining table and TV/DVD.
For those that like to self cater the large well equipped kitchen
has an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, breakfast bar and
ample cooking and eating utensils.
A short hallway off the main cabin area leads to a separate bedroom
with another handmade queen size bed and a private toilet and powder
room. This bedroom looks out into the lovely moss covered rainforest
and is heated by an electric wall heater.
The cabin is entered from a wrap around balcony from which you can
drink in the sights, sounds and scents of the Cradle Mountain wilderness.
Window boxes outside the kitchen and living area are often used
by the currawongs and brush tailed possums to peer in and wish you
a good morning or good evening.
